Matching candidates to jobs that are both personally meaningful and appropriate to their skills and experience is one of the most important CharityJob mission.

PROJECT GOALS

 Redesign the search boxes and filters in order to:

  1. Reduce the amount of time a candidate has to spend searching before they find a job they want to apply for 
  2. Make it easy for someone coming back to continue their search and see new jobs 
  3. Serve the CharityJob niche (candidates in the charity sector)

A mobile-first approach is essential to help candidates who search for job opportunities often on the move (mobile makes up ~50% of the traffic).
