The goal is to build an app that would help project managers to create new projects and assign them to account managers who can track ongoing projects through the app.  Each project could have different stages, depending on the type of project. The typical project start from brand design to end website or app launch. Every stage could also be divided into milestones (tasks). The idea is to give the flexibility to the account manager to adjust the project timeline based on how the projects go. It's essential also to consider that client's feedback could have a significant impact on the project's timeline. 

I have created the app concept, develop the users flows, task analysys, wireframing and then designed the interface design.
