The portal aims to facilitate collaboration between the ToughShield marketing/sales team and their customers, and build stronger relationships with them. The app helps the business to be more efficient: save time and cost from traditional offline customer care (long emails, phone calls). Customers can get updated with the latest company news, and they can find quickly all the information and tools they need in just one place such as marketing collateral, check lead registrations and get in touch very quickly.
My role on this project: user interview, create user flows, ideate solutions, create the IA, produce wireframe, test prototypes with users and stakeholders, and design the web app interface design.
